WORK BASE LEARNING IS THE NEW WAY TO ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
LET'S CONNECT WORKPLACES TO CLASSROOMS AND CLASSROOMS TO WORKPLACES!
The "ROAD MAP TO SUCCESS PROGRAM"
Mission and Vision
The Road Map to Success mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through work-ready skills, academic skills, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. We envision a future when all youth finish high school equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills required to achieve career and academic success and a lifetime of economic self-sufficiency, development, and leadership.
"What are the benefits of an internship program in an organization?"
BENEFITS TO BUSINESS: The Work-Base Learning Program increases productivity and recruiting well-suited staff members—especially in small- to medium-sized organizations.
BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS: Students can practice and improve their industry skills while also learning how to work. Students can gain a better understanding of how what they are learning in school can help them with their future. In addition, it helps students master professional soft skills such as communication, punctuality, and time management that employers complain that many candidates lack.
WHY WE NEED YOU!
We will help you build a long-lasting program in your organization that will help both your organization and the participants! This is a no brainer!
I have build and trained staff in schools and business owners on how to implement this in their workplaces. Our children deserve to know where they are going after high school, and it's our job to help them figure it out. A high school diploma is great and a must need, but we must help our student understand their life after high school as well.
THE ROAD MAP TO SUCCESS - WORK BASE LEARNING IS THE ANSWER FOR BUSINESSES AND SCHOOLS!
I've come to realize that college isn't for every student, trades aren't for everyone, or certificate programs aren't for everyone, but the learning does work for every student and mistakes need to happen for them to realize that.
